Happy YASSSletter Thursday Gingis!

We are back from our camp weekend in the Berkshires where we truly had the best time with our Trybal Gatherings family making honeycomb challah for the whole camp, teaching baking workshops, and even serving up the most epic Gazoz bar!

Now, as we close up the summer, we are excited and ready to jump into the world of FALL recipes - with glorious recipes developed to make you feel cozy and excited for the shift in energy and weather.

But before jump into fall we want to spoil you with one last summer YASSSletter. So Gingis without further ado, let us finish summer on a sweet note (literally, lol)!

This week on the agenda: SWEET SUMMER TREATS!

  1. Fruit Split (like banana, but better)

  2. Tiramisu Challah French Toast

Summer has come and passed, the innocent can never last…or can it? I would argue that this Fruit Split will keep summer alive forever! Born from a creative collaboration with our friend Carolina Gelen, this dish of ice cream topped whiskey bruleed fruit (not just bananas) is the quickest and yummiest way to satiate that late night summer dessert craving! Definitely a recipe for the books!

Everyone loves French Toast and everyone loves Tiramisu…now what if I told you they can co-exist in the same breakfast! Soaked in espresso and topped with mascarpone & cocoa powder, this challah French toast is gonna blow your mind! Perfect for one and even better when you make it for your lovers Gingis!
