I was raised in a home that it was okay to substitute a full meal for a big serving of ice cream. To this day, my mom still does it and I love her for it. (lol) To say I have a sweet tooth, is an understatement. And although I absolutely prefer something light, fresh, and green for breakfast alongside a gorgeous omelet, I must admit that on Saturday morning when I wake up along side my girls I always find myself making something SWEET and special to celebrate the beginning of the weekend.
