Today is Purim

Purim has to be my favorite Jewish holiday! For those of you unfamiliar, Purim commemorates the salvation of the Jewish people from a planned massacre in ancient Persia, as recounted in the Book of Esther. Celebrations include reading the Megillah, exchanging gifts of food (specifically triangular foods like Hamantaschen), and providing charity to those in need. In modern times, the most universal way to celebrate this holiday is by dressing up (like its Halloween) and sharing a festive meal. So sweet!

So without further ado, today’s YASSSletter we are sharing three types of Hamantaschen starting with my Dubai Chocolate Hamantaschen! These seem a little too intimidating? Jog your memory with our tutorial video.
