Welcome to Your New Friday Ritual...

...meet the Challah Shnitzel Sandwich

Hello dear gingis, today is Thursday. Maybe the most important Thursday you’ve ever had because today you set the foundation for your New Friday Ritual…(lol) The Friday Challah Schnitzel Sando.

Picture this 💭: Back home, every Friday, folks are busy preparing for Friday dinner. They're protective of the food, not wanting anyone to touch it before the gathering, yet the hunger is real!

The easiest solution? Heat up some oil, fry eggplants and chicken schnitzel, then stuff them into a mini challah bun with tahini, mathura (hot tomato sauce), and pickles. Oh, and I couldn't resist adding slaw – it's a must! This divine bite has become everyone's anticipation before the weekend. It's so beloved that it's now the official sandwich for Friday afternoons.I swear to you Gingis, on Thursday I dream about eating this sandwich for lunch on Fridays. I know you see Challah and assume…well that must be a bread only for Shabbat. Yes…but also have you met my dear lunch time friend, Mini Challah Bun? If not, no worries. You will be WELL aquainted by the end of this YASSSletter.

Today we are talking Friday buns & super sandos. For those of you feeling intimidated by this tiny tied baked knot - no worries. We’ve got a full step by step for you all here today!
